As an asset brokerage firm located in Virginia we analyze Banks (lending institutions) and give our opinion of the troubled lending institutions in Virginia and those who appear to be standing on solid foundations. Institutions who are lending and the Banks who are no longer have left the funding or the ability to lend funds. It is our opinion that when a Bank or Lending Institution is no longer capable of lending to secured borrorers they need to merge or sell to Stronger Organizations who are still capable of operating as full and complete banking system.
